Quality Management System Certification under ISO 9001:2015
Phoyok Herbal Co., Ltd. has been preparing for the certification of its Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 since July 2018. The Company conducted system trials and reviewed the alignment between operational processes and related documentation to ensure consistency, as well as to refine and enhance the system to the highest level of completeness prior to applying for the certification audit.
The Company submitted its application for assessment to ACM Services Co., Ltd., a Certification Body (CB) accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), with the audit scheduled for 15 December 2018.
On 29 November 2018, the Company organized a preparatory session for its employees by inviting an ISO 9001:2015 expert to provide additional training. This initiative aimed to strengthen understanding among department heads and relevant personnel, thereby ensuring confidence and readiness ahead of the official audit process.
The audit results were satisfactory and marked a significant milestone for the Company in achieving ISO 9001:2015 standards. The audit team also provided recommendations for improvements in certain documentation and processes to further enhance the completeness and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Phoyok Herbal Co., Ltd. has successfully achieved certification and has entered into compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in accordance with the established principles.
ACM Services Co., Ltd. will proceed with issuing the official audit report and certification after completing the submission process to the United Kingdom in the next stage.
